Here at Metair we can provide skilled engineers to refurbishment your old air conditioning and commercial heating equipment and install pipework for any kind of setup as well as other air conditioning services.

Refurbishment

Metair Mechanical Services Limited was formerly known as "Metair Limited" and manufactured Air Handling Units for many years.

As well as those Units manufactured by Metair Limited, we are happy to undertake refurbishment works on other manufacturer's equipment including Fan Coil Units and commercial heating products as we are air conditioning contractors and can source most products.

We offer a comprehensive refurbishment and maintenance service for these Air Handling Units, including upgrading existing components, undertaking modifications where appropriate and the installation of replacement and new heating and cooling coils, filters, fans and motors. We may well still have the original manufacturing drawings!

All enquiries and contracts are managed from our Head Office to allow the Client one friendly and helpful point of contact for the duration of the contract from enquiry stage to completion.

Pipework Services

We install new services to different types of commercial heating and cooling equipment including heating and chilled water cooling coils within Air Handling Units and within the commercial and industrial industry.

We also install new pipework services and modifying existing systems for LPHW and MPHW (low and medium pressure hot water) heating systems and chilled water systems.

Gas pipe work is installed by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.

The prefabricated pipework services can be of any diameter and manufactured from mild steel, stainless steel or copper.
